Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací novostavby rodinného domu v obci Kotvrdovice. Jedná se o samostatně dům stojicí na parcele č.234/76 v katastrálním území Kotvrdovice. Objekt je dvoupodlažní, částečně podsklepený se dvěma sedlovými střechami Půdorysný tvar je tvořený ze dvou obdelníků uspořádaných do tvaru T. Objekt je navržen z konstrukčního systému Porotherm a suterén ze systému BEST.
This bachelor thesis deals with the desing documencation of a family house in Kovtrdovice. It is a detached house built on a plot č.234 / 76 in the cadastral Kotvrdovice. The building has two floors, partial basement with two gabled roofs and Ground plan concist of two contigous rectanglesin a T. The building is designed from the structural system POROTHERM and in the basement from the system BEST.
