Analýza finanční situace stavebního podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje analýzu finanční situace stavebního podniku UNISTAV a.s. za období 2008-2012. Analýza vychází z dat, obsažených v účetních výkazech společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, ve které jsou rozebrány absolutní a poměrové ukazatele, a praktickou část, kde jsou tyto ukazatele uplatněny na data společnosti. Z toho je v závěru vyhodnocen stav společnosti na trhu za sledované období.This thesis includes financial situation analysis of the building company UNISTAV for the period 2008-2012. The analysis is based on data contained in the financial statements of the company. This thesis is divided into a theoretical part, where are analysed financial ratios, and a practical part, where these ratios are applied to the data of the company. Company state on the market for the period above is evaluated in the final statement at the end of this thesis.
