dc.description.abstract	Předmětem diplomové práce je řešení urbanistické studie společenského centra Brno-Lesná, které nebylo v rámci výstavby dokončeno. Zadaná lokalita se nachází na území městské části Brno-Sever, v jižní části katastrálního území Lesná. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat zadané území a prověřit možnosti využití území, které již má základní dopravní a stavební strukturu a obsahuje hodnoty, které je potřeba respektovat. Hlavní myšlenkou je snaha přivést obyvatelstvo z okrajových částí řešeného území do centra a navrhnout strukturu, která stávající území vhodně doplní a propojí.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The subject of this thesis is the solution of urban studies and social center of Brno Lesna, which was not part of the construction is completed. The specified location is the city district Brno-Sever, in the southern part of the cadastral territory Forest. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the specified area and examine land use options, which already has a basic transport and building structure and contains a value that needs to be respected. The main idea is to bring the population of the outlying parts of the area to the city and propose a structure that will complement the existing territories and interconnects.	en
