Požadavky na manažera ve stavebním podniku

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké jsou požadavky na manažery ve stavebním podniku. Práce pojednává o tom, jaké jsou na pozici manažera ve stavebnictví kladeny nároky, jaké by měl/a mít schopnosti, a jiné dovednosti. Zjišťuje také, jaké funkce má manažer v podniku na starosti. V teoretické části se autorka snaží vysvětlit základní pojmy, které se vztahují k tématu bakalářské práce. Praktická část je tvořena navrženými pracovními hypotézami, které se snaží, ověřit pomocí dotazníkového průzkumu v jednotlivých stavebních firmách. Bakalantka použila k výzkumu také metodu řízeného rozhovoru. Výsledkem provedené analýzy a verifikace hypotéz jsou závěry a vhodná doporučení pro přípravu a výběr manažerů do stavebních podniků.The goal of this thesis is to find out what requirements are on managers in building company. The thesis is about demands what are placed on manager positions, what abilities and another skills supposed to have the manager. The thesis is finding out what functions manager looks after in company as well. In the theoretical part the author tries to explain the basic terms what are related to the topic of thesis. In the practical part the working hypothesis are proposed and are verified by questionnaire survey in particular building companies. The author of thesis used for survey the method of managed interview too. The result of the analysis and hypothesis verification are conclusions and suitable recommendation for preparation and selection of managers for building companies.
