Návrh zajištění stavební jámy

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom zabezpečenia stavebnej jamy pre navrhovaný stavebný objekt v zastavanom území. Predmetom práce je porovnanie dvoch konštrukčných riešení paženia stavebnej jamy – záporové paženie a pilótová stena. Obe varianty sú navrhované a staticky posudzované s ohľadom na geotechnické podmienky územia a priestorové obmedzenia stavby. Statické posúdenie je realizované pomocou výpočtového softvéru. Súčasťou práce je ekonomické zhodnotenie navrhovaných riešení na základe spracovaných rozpočtových výkazov. Na základe porovnania technických a ekonomických kritérií je v závere práce určená výsledná varianta zaistenia stavebnej jamy. Súčasťou práce je podrobný statický výpočet, ekonomické zhodnotenie a výkresová dokumentácia.The diploma thesis focused on the design of foundation pit support for a proposed building located in a built-up area. The thesis compares two alternative solutions fo foundation support – a soldier pile and lagging wall and a pile wall. Both variants are designed and statically assessed with respect to the geotechnical conditions of the site and spatial constraints of the construction area. The structural assessment is carried out using specialized geotechnical software. The thesis also includes an economic evaluation of the proposed solutions based on prepared cost estimates. Based on the comparison of technical and economic criteria, the most suitable variant of foundation pit support is selected. The thesis is supplemented by a detailed structural analysis, economic evaluation and drawing documentation.
