Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby centra volného času v Brně Novém Lískovci. Řešené území je vymezeno prostorem při ulici Plachty. Pozemek se nachází v severní části území, je obklopen panelovými a bytovými domy. Princip návrhu spočívá v začlenění objektu do prostředí parku v kontextu s okolní zástavbou. Objekt s panelovými domy koresponduje svým tvarem a materiálem, zakomponováním do svahu se přizpůsobuje okolnímu terénu. Beton, kubus, jednoduché členění jsou typické pro celou stavbu, v exteriéru jsou patrné u nadzemního podlaží, naopak podzemní podlaží má pomocí materiálu dřeva navázat na okolní terén. Budova centra volného času je funkčně členěna na části: multifunkční sál, místnosti pro volnočasové aktivity a kavárna. Všechny tyto provozy spolu úzce souvisí a doplňují se. Zelená střecha objektu je navržena pro pohyb osob, doplněna o lavičky a společně s úpravou okolního parku má přispět k vytvoření využívaného veřejného prostoru na sídlišti.The theme of my bachelor’s thesis is to design a new leisure time centre building in Brno Novy Liskovec. The area is a defined space by street Plachty. The building site is situated in the northern part of the area, surrounded by blocks of flats. The principle of the draft is based on integration of the building into the park in the context of the surrounding buildings. The object corresponds with blocks of flats in its shape and material, it adapts to the surrounding terrain by incorporation into the slope. Typical of the whole building are concrete, cube, simplicity – they can be seen at first floor outside, contrary to the ground floor - it builds into the surrounding terrain by a material of wood. The leisure time centre building is functionally divided into parts: a multifunctional hall, rooms for leisure and café. All these operations are closely related and complement each other. Green roof of the building is designed for people, equipped with benches. Together with the adjustment of the surrounding park it contributes to the creation of public space on the estate.
