Rodinný dům v Křenovicích

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zacílena na návrh rodinného domu a vypracování jeho projektové dokumentace. Dům stojí na parcele č. 548/43 v katastrálním území Křenovice u Dubného v obci Křenovice. Rodinný dům je půdorysného tvaru obdélníku s hlavními rozměry 13,05 x 10,05 m. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní objekt s jedním nadzemním podlažím a podkrovím. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází zádveří, hala, pracovna, technická místnost, wc, koupelna, obývací pokoj a kuchyň s jídelnou. V podkroví je umístěna chodba, ložnice s koupelnou, pokoj pro hosty, komora, dva pokoje s vlastními šatnami a koupelna. Dům je založen na betonových pásech.Svislé nosné konstrukce jsou ze sendvičového zdiva KM BETA.Vodorovné nosné konstrukce jsou ze systému Porotherm. Střecha domu je sedlová se sklonem 30°, konstrukce střechy je vaznicová soustava.This thesis focused on the family house design and preparation of its project documentation. The house is standing on a building estate number 548/43 in the cadastral area Křenovice u dubného. In the village Křenovice. The layout of the house has a rectangular shape with the dimensions of 13.05 x 10.05 m. It is a two-storey building with first floor and loft-area. On the first floor there is vestibule, hall,study, living room with kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and utility room. In the attic there is a hallway, bedroom with bathroom, two children’s rooms with their own dressing rooms,chamber, guest room and another bathroom. The house is based on a concrete strip foundation. Vertical supporting structures of the haus are from Sandwich masonry KM Beta and horizontál supporting structures of the house are from the system Porotherm. The roof is gabled house with an inclination of 30 °, roof construction purlin system.
