Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice informační podpory procesů ve firmě, která se zabývá zejména prodejem zboží prostřednictvím internetu. Posuzuje současný stav firmy, firemních procesů a jejich informační podpory včetně cílů, plánů a strategie firmy. Předkládá návrhy strategických a procesních změn a jejich informační podpory včetně hodnocení dopadů jejich realizace.The master's thesis deals with the information support of business processes of the company which deals with the selling of goods via the Internet. Assesses the current state of the company business processes and their information support including objectives, plans and strategy of the company. Submits proposals for strategical and procedural changes and their information support including assessment of the impact of their implementation.
