Polyfunkční komplex Muchovo náměstí v Bratislavě, příprava realizace stavby

Abstract

Obsahom realizácie tejto práce je spracovanie stavebne-technologického projektu Polyfunkčného komplexu MUCHOVO NÁMESTIE. Ide o novostavbu s ôsmimi nadzemnými podlažiami a jedným podzemným. Táto práca sa zaoberá technickou správou objektu, riešením šírších vzťahov dobravných trás, časovým a finančným objektovým plánom a štúdiou realizácie hlavných technologických etáp. V práci sa taktiež rieši projekt zariadenia staveniska, časový plan hlavných stavebných objektov, návrh vhodnej mechanizácie, plán zaistenia materiálových zdrojov pre hrubú stavbu, technologický predpis pre zemné práce, kontrolný a skúšobný plán pre výkopové práce a zaistenie jamy. Súčasťou práce je aj položkový rozpočet pre hrubú stavbu, hluková štúdia a spracovanie detailov atiky a balkónu.The content of this work is the elaboration of a construction-technological project of the multifunctional complex MUCHOVO SQUARE. It is a new building with eight above-ground floors and one underground floor. This work deals with the technical report of the building, the solution of broader relations of transport routes, the time and financial project plan, and a study of the implementation of the main technological stages. The work also addresses the design of the construction site facilities, the time schedule of the main building structures, the proposal of suitable mechanization, the plan for securing material resources for the rough construction, the technological procedure for earthworks, the inspection and testing plan for excavation works, and the securing of the excavation pit. The work also includes a bill of quantities for the rough construction, a noise study, and the elaboration of details of the parapet and the balcony.
