Wellness hotel "Na Ovčačce" - Svatý Kopeček u Olomouce

Abstract

Předmětem projektu je novostavba wellness hotelu v katastrálním území Svatý Kopeček, města Olomouce, okresu Olomouc. Dům je samostatně stojící v ulici Darwinova. Na dané území jsou stanovena omezení ovlivňující parametry řešeného objektu. Zejména se jedná o polohu, počet podlaží a procento zastavění. Jedná se o třípodlažní, podsklepený objekt s plochou střechou. Objekt je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu a na železobetonových patkách. Nosné, obvodové i dělící stěny jsou navrženy z keramických tvárnic POROTHERM v nadzemních podlažích a z betonových bednících tvarovek v podzemním podlaží. Stropní konstrukce je navržena z lokálně podepřených železobetonových desek. Celý objekt je rozdělen do několika úseků. V 1.S se nachází podzemní garáž a wellness. V 1.NP se nachází restaurace a zázemí související s chodem restaurace a hotelu. Ve 2.NP a 3.NP se nacházejí jednotlivé hotelové pokoje. Celková kapacita objektu je 155 osob a 16 zaměstnanců. Do objektu vedou tři hlavní vstupy. Dva z nich jsou řešeny jako vchod pro veřejnost do restaurace a hotelu. Třetí je vchod pro zaměstnance a zásobování. Mezi další vstupy, které vedou z exteriéru do budovy je vstup na restaurační terasu. Další vstup je umožněn z podzemní garáže do wllnessu. Navržený objekt je řešen bezbariérově. Před objektem je navrženo parkoviště pro 27 osobních automobilů a v podzemní garáži pro 44 osobních automobilů. Z toho pět parkovacích stání pro osobní automobily jsou bezbariérové.The project is newly built wellness hotel in the cadastral Svatý Kopeček, the town of Olomouc, district Olomouc. Ceiling structure is designed using locally supported reinforced concrete slabs. The entire building is divided into several sections. The 1s there is an underground garage and wellness. In 1.NP is a restaurant and facilities associated with the operation of the restaurant and hotel. In 2.NP and 3.NP are single rooms. Total capacity is 155 people and has 16 employees. To the building are three main entrances. Two of them are designed as public entrance to the restaurant and hotel. The third is the entrance for staff and supplies. Among other inputs that lead from the exterior of the building is the entrance to the restaurant terrace. Another entry is possible from the underground garage to wllnessu. The proposed facility is designed wheelchair. Before the building is designed parking for 27 cars and underground garage for 44 cars. Five of parking places are for disabled people.
