Abstract
This thesis deal about the field of noise spectroscopy and spectroscopic measurement techniques in a wide range of frequencies. There was designed and constructed measuring workplace for noise spectroscopy with a description its parts and experimental measurement method for measure samples in frequency range of 0.1 – 6 GHz by using broadband noise generator.
