Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší projekt novostavby rodinného domu v obci Svitavy. Jedná se o samostatně stojící, nepodsklepený objekt se dvěma nadzemními podlažími, zastřešený pultovými střechami. Součástí je garáž pro 2 osobní auta. Půdorysný tvar je sestaven z 3 na sebe přiléhajících obdélníků. Obvodové zdivo je navrženo z keramických tvárnic Porotherm zateplených minerální vatou. Objekt je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Strop nad 1NP je železobetonový monolitický, nad 2NP strop tvoří přiznaná konstrukce krovu. Je zvolena kovová střešní krytina z hliníkových panelů.The bachelor thesis deals with the project of a new detached house in Svitavy. The house is a two-storey building with shed roofs including a garage for two cars. The floor plan is composed of three rectangles adjacent to each other. The loadbearing walls are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm with inserted mineral wool. The building stands on the foundations of concrete. The ceiling above the first floor is made of reinforced concrete, the second floor has a ceiling made of truss structure of the roof. There are panels of aluminium sheets used for roofing.
