Návrh na zlepšení zásobování a skladovaní ve společnosti Tyco Electronics Czech s.r.o

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce si klade za úkol analyzovat současný stav skladování a zásobování v konkrétní společnosti, prakticky tento stav zhodnotit a následně na základech analýzy řešit problémy, na které jsem během analýzy narazil. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky daného oboru a především procesy skladového hospodářství. V praktické části poté zhodnocuji stav, na jehož základě provádím požadavky na jeho zlepšení a zefektivnění.This thesis aims to analyze the current state of the storage and supply of specific companies practically evaluate this situation and based on the analysis to solve the problems that I encountered during the analysis . The theoretical part summarizes the findings of the field and especially warehouse management processes . In the practical part evaluates the situation on the basis of doing the requirements for its improvement and streamlining.
