Rodinný dům pro singles

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je výstavba rodinného domu pro singles. Jedná se o dům se dvěma nadzemními patry a podkrovím. Dům obsahuje tři samostatné bytové jednotky a velkou společenskou místnost, kde se obyvatelé domu mohou scházet. Jeden z bytů je navržen jako bezbariérový. Objekt je postaven z konstrukčního systému z keramických tvarovek (Porotherm). Stropy jsou keramobetonové s nosníky POT a vložkami MIAKO. Střecha nad převážnou částí objektu je konstruována jako plochá přitížená, podkroví je zastřešeno klasickým pultovým krovem. Střešní krytina je navržena na bázi měkčeného PVC.The content of this thesis is to build a detached house for singles. It is a house with two floor and attic. The house consists of three separate units and a large lounge where the residents can socialize. One of the apartments is designed to be wheelchair accessible. The building is constructed of structural system Porotherm. Ceilings are ceramic – concrete with POT beams and insert MIAKO. The roof over most of the building is designed as a flat surcharge and the attic is sheltered by a counter conventional truss. Roofing is based on plasticized PVC.
