Abstract

Projekt reaguje na stále rostoucí cenu bydlení a jeho architektonickou kvalitu v kontrastu s developerskými projekty. Alternativní typologie členité zástavby reaguje na svažitý terén, respektuje lidské měřítko a podněcuje sociální interakce v rámci komunity. Návrh současně zohledňuje budoucí urbanistický rozvoj území podle připravované územní studie Žlutý kopec a zkoumá potenciál stavebního systému, jenž umožňuje snížení nákladů prostřednictvím zrychlené výstavby, aniž by došlo ke snížení kvality nebo energetické efektivity navrhovaného bydlení.The project responds to the continuously rising cost of housing and its architectural quality, offering a contrast to conventional developer-led projects. The proposed alternative typology of fragmented development adapts to the sloping terrain, respects the human scale, and encourages social interaction within the community. The design also considers the future urban development of the area in accordance with the forthcoming Žlutý kopec urban study, and explores the potential of a construction system that reduces costs through accelerated building processes, without compromising the quality or energy efficiency of the proposed housing.
