dc.description.abstract	Novostavba volnočasového centra. Objekt je dvoupodlažní, nepodsklepen. Nosný systém je ze systému Porotherm doplněn železobetonovými sloupy. V přízemí se nachází velká vstupní hala, stravovací provoz, přednáškové a cvičící místnosti. V druhém nadzemním podlaží je situováno ubytování, soukromý byt, prádelna a ubytování pro správce objektu. Dvoupodlažní část je zastřešena obloukovými příhradovými vazníky, zastřešení jednopodlažní části tvoří vegetační zelená střecha.	cs
dc.description.abstract	New-building of leisure center. The building contains two stories, without basement. Structural system of building is created by Porotherm and supplemented by reinforced concrete columns. There are large entrance hall, canteen, lecture and exercise rooms in the ground level. Accommodation rooms, private apartment, laundry room and building manager’s apartment are situated in the second level of building. Roofing of the two-storey building is created by arched truss. The single-storey building is roofed by green roof.	en
