dc.description.abstractV projektu je zpracována kompletní dokumentace novostavby rodinného domu na úrovni dokumentace pro provedeni stavby. Rodinný dům je navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Zastavěna plocha objektu je 213,9 m2. Zastřešení je navrženo jako lehká extenzivní zelená střecha. Dům je vyzděn z keramických tvárnic Porotherm. Návrh objektu klade důraz na statické a dispoziční řešeni, požární bezpečnost, úsporu energie a bezpečnost při užívání. Výkresy byly zpracovány v softwaru určeném pro projektování – ArchiCADcs
dc.description.abstractThe project has been prepared complete documentation of new building to house the level of documentation for building construction. House is designed for a family of four. Built-up area is 213.9 square meters. Enclosure is designed as a lightweight extensive green roof. The house is lined with ceramic bricks Porotherm. The proposal emphasizes the object static and layout, fire safety, energy saving and safety in use. Drawings were processed in software for design - ArchiCADen
