dc.description.abstract	Jedná sa o samostatne stojacu novostavbu rodinného domu s prevázkou v mestskej časti mesta Brna, Brno Bystrc. Objekt je určený na bývanie štvorčlennej rodiny a súkromné prevádzkovanie kozmetického a kaderníckeho salónu. Obytná časť je čiastočne podpivničená a tvoria ju aj dve nadzemné podlažia. Prevádzku tvorí len jedno podlažie; obe časti sú vzájomne prepojené. Zvislé nosné steny v nadzemnej časti tvorí sendvičová konštrukcia od nemeckého výrobcu KS Kalksandstein, podpivničená časť je vyhotovená z debniacích tvaroviek. Obe časti sú zastrešené plochou strechou. Obe podlažia obytnej časti sú z dvoch svetových strán opatrené nápadnými slnolamami, slnečná južná fasáda je doplnená dvomi malými pergolami s pevnými lamelami. Architektonicky zaujímavo pôsobí prevedenie vonkajšej fasády a teda kombinácia bielej, šedej a prírodnej hnedej farby, rovnako tak aj kombinácia rôznych materiálov.	cs
dc.description.abstract	It is a detached newly built family house with an overpass in the city part of Brno, Brno Bystrc. The object is designed for housing a family of four and private operation of the beauty and hairdressing salon. The residential part is partly underground and there are also two above-ground floors. The operation consists of only one storey; Both parts are interconnected. The vertical load-bearing walls in the above-ground part are made of sandwich construction from the German manufacturer KS Kalksandstein, the base part is made of deburring fittings. Both parts are covered with a flat roof. Both floors of the residential area are made of horizontal sun breaker with distinctive slums, the sunny south facade is complemented by two small pergolas with solid lamellae. Architecturally, the exterior façade, and thus the combination of white, gray and natural brown, as well as a combination of different materials, is of interest.	en
