Nadstandardní rodinný dům

Abstract

Predmetom mojej bakalárskej práce je návrh a vypracovanie projektovej dokumentácie pre realizáciu objektu nadštandardného rodinného domu v Brně. Objekt sa nachádza v katastrálnom území Žebětín, na parcelách 1607/8 a 1607/68. Návrh objektu rešpektuje územný plán obce. Objekt je osadený vo svažitom teréne. Objekt má dve nadzemné podlažia, pričom 1.NP je čiastočne zapustené do terénu. V 2.NP sa nachádza hlavný vstup do objektu a vjazd do garáže. Nadštandardný rodinný dom je navrhnutý pre štvorčlennú rodinu.Konštrukčný systém je stenový, murovaný z keramických tvaroviek. Strecha je jednoplášťová plochá. Obvodový plášť je navrhnutý ako prevetrávaná fasáda.The aim of my bachelor thesis is the design and elaboration of project documentation for the realization of a building of an high standard family house in Brno. The building is located in the cadastral area Žebětín, on parcels 1607/8 and 1607/68. The design of the building respect the municipality`s municipal plan. The object is set on a sloping terrain. The building has two above ground floors, the 1st floor is partially embedded in the terrain. In the 2nd floor there is a main entrance to the building and to the garage. The high-standard family house is designed for a four-member family.The construction system is wall-mounted, brickwork made of ceramic fittings. The roof is single-layer flat.
