The article describes an experimental program involving three RC flat slabs cast from concrete with coarse recycled aggregate (CRA). Obtained punching shear capacities are compared with the predictions calculated according to the design model introduced in the 2nd generation of EC2. The test results showed a decrease in the mechanical properties of CRA concrete but did not show a reduction in the punching shear resistance of the slabs. The ratio VR,test/VR,pred yields conservative values of 1.15 and 1.22.en
