Nový pavilon nemocnice Pelhřimov, příprava a organizace výstavby

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce je zpracování vybraní části stavebně technologického projektu pro nemocniční pavilon dětského, gynekologicko-porodnického a neurologického oddělení nemocnice Pelhřimov. Obsahem diplomové práce je technická zpráva ke stavebně technologickému projektu, studie realizace hlavních technologických etap stavebního objektu, časový a finanční plán objektů stavby a řešení dopravních tras. Dále je součástí práce návrh zařízení staveniště, návrh hlavních mechanismů stavby, časový plán pro hlavní stavební objekt, technologický předpis se zaměřením na provádění monolitických konstrukcí, navazující plán zajištění materiálových zdrojů pro hrubou stavbu objektu, kontrolní a zkušební plán a řešení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Součástí příloh je mimo jiné položkový rozpočet zpracovaný pro hrubou stavbu hlavního objektu.The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of a selected part of the constructiontechnological project for the hospital pavilion of the children's, gynaecological-obstetric and neurological wards of Pelhřimov Hospital. The content of the diploma thesis is a technical report for the construction and technological project, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the building, a time and financial plan of the construction objects and the solution of transport routes. Furthermore, the thesis includes the design of the construction site equipment, the design of the main construction mechanisms, the time plan for the main construction object, the technological regulation with a focus on the implementation of monolithic structures, the follow-up plan for securing material resources for the rough construction of the object, the inspection and testing plan and the solution of occupational health and safety. The annexes include, inter alia, the itemised budget prepared for the rough construction of the main building.
