Mateřská škola a volnočasové centrum, Černá u Bohdanče

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh novostavby mateřské školy s volnočasovým centrem a zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Navrhovaný objekt je situován v zastavěné části obce Černá u Bohdanče, kde v současnosti probíhá výstavba nových rodinných domů. V obci se dosud nenachází žádné zařízení mateřské školy, návrh tak reaguje na potřebu zajištění předškolního vzdělávání a volnočasových aktivit. Objekt je koncipován jako samostatně stojící dvoupodlažní stavba s jedním podzemním podlažím. Dispoziční řešení objektu je rozděleno na část mateřské školy se dvěma třídami a samostatnou část volnočasového centra. Každá třída mateřské školy má vlastní vstup, šatnu a přímý kontakt s venkovní zahradou. Volnočasové centrum má samostatný vstup a je provozně odděleno od části mateřské školy. Celková kapacita objektu je navržena s ohledem na provozní a hygienické požadavky předškolního zařízení. Nosný systém objektu je navržen jako zděný z keramických tvárnic s kontaktním zateplovacím systémem ETICS. Objekt je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu v kombinaci se ztraceným bedněním, přičemž obvodové stěny v 1. podzemním podlaží jsou rovněž provedeny ze ztraceného bednění. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce nad 1. a 2. nadzemním podlažím jsou řešeny pomocí předpjatých stropních panelů typu SPIROLL. Objekt je zastřešen plochou střechou s hydroizolační vrstvou z TPO fólie. Stavba je navržena s důrazem na funkční, přehledné a bezpečné provozní řešení, energetickou úspornost a kvalitní vnitřní prostředí odpovídající požadavkům na stavby pro předškolní vzdělávání. Součástí diplomové práce je také řešení technických zařízení budovy, požární bezpečnosti, hygienických požadavků a stavební fyziky v souladu s platnými normami a předpisy.The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a new kindergarten building with a leisure-time centre and the preparation of project documentation for construction execution. The proposed building is located in the built-up area of the municipality of Černá u Bohdanče, where the construction of new family houses is currently taking place. There is currently no kindergarten facility in the municipality; therefore, the proposal responds to the need to provide preschool education and leisure-time activities. The building is designed as a detached two-storey structure with one underground floor. The internal layout of the building is divided into a kindergarten section with two classrooms and a separate leisure-time centre. Each kindergarten classroom has its own entrance, cloakroom, and direct access to the outdoor garden. The leisure-time centre has a separate entrance and is operationally separated from the kindergarten area. The total capacity of the building is designed in accordance with the operational and hygienic requirements for preschool facilities. The structural system of the building is designed as masonry construction using ceramic blocks with an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). The building is founded on reinforced concrete strip foundations in combination with permanent formwork, while the perimeter walls of the underground floor are also constructed using permanent formwork. Horizontal load-bearing structures above the first and second above-ground floors are designed using prestressed hollow-core slabs of the SPIROLL type. The building is covered with a flat roof with a TPO membrane waterproofing system. The building is designed with an emphasis on functional, clear and safe operational layout, energy efficiency, and a high-quality indoor environment corresponding to the requirements for buildings intended for preschool education. The diploma thesis also addresses building services systems, fire safety, hygienic requirements, and building physics in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
