dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce analyzuje motivaci pracovníků a následně doporučuje návrhy pro tvorbu uceleného motivačního programu ve výrobní firmě Wisconsin Engineering CZ s.r.o. V první části jsou nejdříve shrnuty dosavadní teoretické poznatky v oblasti motivace. Druhá část se zaměřuje na představení firmy a analyzování současného stavu motivace. V poslední části jsou navrhnuty změny, které zdokonalí motivační program organizace.cs
dc.description.abstractThis thesis analyzes the motivation of employees and therefore recommend proposals for the creation of a comprehensive incentive program in production company Wisconsin Engineering CZ Ltd. In the first part are the earliest summarized the current theoretical knowledge in the field of motivation. The second part focuses on business performance and analyzing the current state of motivation. The last part of the changes are designed to improve the incentive program organization.en
