Abstract

Téma bakalářské práce je novostavba rodinného domu s podnikatelskou činností v obci Boskovice. Dům má dvě nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepený. Objekt má bytovou jednotku a funkčně oddělenou provozovnu kadeřnictví. Součástí objektu je garáž pro dva osobní automobily. Dům je navržen z konstrukčního systému Porotherm. Střecha je šikmá dvouplášťová s dřevěnou nosnou konstrukcí.The theme of bachelor’s thesis is a detached house with a business activity in the town Boskovice. The house with two floors is partly basement. The building with flat and functionally separate hairdressing salon. The garage for two cars is a component of the object. The house is designed of the construction system Porotherm. The roof is oblique and double layer with a wooden load-bearing construction.
