Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi financování vlastního bydlení. V teoretické části budou objasněny základní pojmy v oblasti financování bydlení. V práci bude popsáno financování právnických a fyzických osob. Samostatná kapitola bude věnována hypotečním úvěrům. Další samostatná kapitola bude věnována stavebnímu spoření, což je další často využívaná varianta financování bydlení. Praktickou částí práce bude zjištění finančních variant na pořízení vlastního bydlení. Vlastním bydlením bude v této práci konkrétní objekt, na který bude v rámci práce sestaven i rozpočet. Na základě zadaných podmínek, budou nabídnuty bankami hypoteční úvěry. Na závěr bude zvolen optimální plán financování.This thesis deals with the possibilities of financing their own housing.
