| dc.description.abstract | This study evaluates the impact of a vegetation façade on the immediate surroundings of a residential building using numerical simulations. The analysis focuses on key thermal indicators, including Mean Radiant Temperature (MRT), Physiological Equivalent Temperature (PET), and Universal Thermal Climate Index (UTCI). The results demonstrate that implementing a vegetation façade can significantly reduce thermal stress in urban environments, with temperature reductions of up to 8°C in the affected area. These findings highlight the potential of green façades as an effective strategy for mitigating urban heat island effects and improving outdoor thermal comfort. | en |
