dc.description.abstractNávrh polyfunkčního domu na nároží ulic Bratislavská a Stará v Brně. Jde o doplnění bloku domem s převažující funkcí bydlení a navrženou funkcí dětského centra. Návrh vytváří nový veřejný prostor před stávajícím divadlem Radost a zároveň reaguje na okolní zástavbu, možnosti oslunění i charakter okolních budov. Přízemní podlaží funguje jako komerční parter a dětské centrum. Patrové budovy jsou určeny k bydlení s výhledem do vnitrobloku s átrii dětského centra nebo s výhledem na nově vzniklé náměstí. Podzemní podlaží slouží parkování s celkovými 108 místy.cs
dc.description.abstractDesign of multifunctional building on the corner of street Bratislavská and Stará. It is a supplement of block and wits function of living and children center. It creates a new public space in front of the existing theater Radost and also responds to the surrounding buildings, the possibility of insolation and the character of the surrounding buildings. Ground floor works as a children's center and commercial parter. Multi-storey buildings are designed for living with view to the courtyard with an atrium children's center or public space. Basement parking serves a total of 108 seats.en
