Abstract
Experimentální část ověřovala možnosti svařování CO2 laserem a vláknovým laserem za použití oscilace paprsku, tyto metody byly nevyhovující, protože i přes použití nejnižšího možného výkonu, docházelo k pyrolýze a spálení povrchu.
This master's thesis dealt with laser welding of plastics, specifically focusing on a component for fuel tank locking and unlocking motors. The main objective of the thesis was to find a more cost-effective alternative to the current production state. The experimental part evaluated welding methods using a CO2 laser and a fiber laser with beam oscillation, but these methods proved unsatisfactory because pyrolysis and surface burning occurred despite utilizing the lowest possible power. A satisfactory parameter configuration was achieved using a Veles Fiber 60 W engraving station, where continuous variation of parameters led from a pulsed mode to a continuous one. Heating the sample above its melting point without burning the surface was achieved through contour welding. In the final section, a techno-economic evaluation compared the laser LPKF with the Veles Fiber engraving station. Production using the engraving station features 14 times lower hourly costs but also requires a longer welding time; consequently, to maintain the same production efficiency, it was necessary to acquire four of these stations.

Diplomant seznámil komisi s obsahem a výsledky své diplomové práce a zodpověděl otázky vedoucího, oponenta a dalších členů komise.
V průběhu obhajoby byly zodpovězeny následující doplňující otázky:
1. Kolik stojí a jaká je návratnost investice do svářečky?
zodpovězeno
3. Jednalo se o plánovaný experiment? Použil jste stejné vzorky pro vyhodnocení?
zodpovězeno
Otázky členů komise byly částečně zodpovězeny.
