dc.description.abstractPráce se zabývá určováním parametrů MEMS gyroskopů pomocí Allanovy odchylky. V úvodu je popsán princip gyroskopů. V první části jsou popsány deterministické a stochastické parametry. Také jsou popsány metody určování těchto parametrů. Praktická část popisuje měření stochastických parametrů s využitím Allanovy odchylky. Dále se práce zabývá určením změn stochastických parametrů po vibračních a rázových zkouškách.cs
dc.description.abstractThe thesis is aimed on determination of parameters of MEMS gyroscopes with Allan variance. In the introduction, there is principle of gyroscopes described. The first part describes deterministic and stochastic parameters. Methods for determining these parameters are also described. In the practical part, stochastic parameters of two gyroscopes are determined with Allan variance. In the next part, thesis describes determination of changes of stochastic parameters after vibrations and shocks.en
