Abstract
Příspěvek stručně shrnuje průběh stáže autorky u Výboru znalců v německém městě Waldshut-Tiengen v listopadu 2016. Stáž byla zaměřena na získání relevantních podkladů a informací z oblasti oceňování nemovitostí v Německé spolkové republice, zvláště pak na metody a postupy práce znalců v oboru oceňování nemovitostí.
The contribution briefly summarizes the course of the internship of the author at the Committee of experts in the German city of Waldshut-Tiengen in November 2016. The internship was focused on obtaining relevant documents and information from the field of real estate valuation in the German federal republic, in particular on the methods and procedures of work of experts in the field of real estate valuation.
