Pásový dopravník

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pásového dopravníku pro přepravu suchého písku. Cílem práce je provést konstrukční řešení pásového dopravníku podle zadaných parametrů, kterými jsou dopravní výkon 100 000 kg.h-1, výškový rozdíl 5 m a vzdálenost mezi osami bubnů 40 m. Práce obsahuje krátký popis pásového dopravníku a jeho hlavních částí, funkční výpočet dle platné normy ČSN ISO 5048 a volbu jednotlivých komponentů z firemních katalogů. Dále také návrh napínacího zařízení, návrh pohonu a pevnostní výpočet vybraných konstrukčních prvků pásového dopravníku. Práce je doplněna požadovanou výkresovou dokumentací.This bachelor’s thesis deals with an issue of a belt conveyor for transportation of dry sand. The aim of this thesis is to design a constructional solution of belt conveyor for specific technical parameters, which are transport power of 100,000 kg per hour, the high difference of 5 m and the axial distance between pulleys of 40 m. The thesis includes a short description of the belt conveyor and its main parts, functional calculation according to the current norm ČSN 5048 and the selection of the constructional components provided by the company’s catalogues. Designs of tensioning device, drive of the conveyor and strength calculations of selected parts are also included in this thesis. Finally, the thesis is extended by the required technical drawings.
