Tvorba podnikatelského záměru

Abstract

Práce se zabývá popisem a tvorbou podnikatelského plánu. V teoretické části jsou definovány jednotlivé formy podnikání a zákony, které je upravují. Je zde také uveden postup pro založení společnosti s ručením omezeným. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé části situační analýzy a finančního plánu. V praktické části je představena společnost hodnyvasek s.r.o., zpracována organizační struktura, situační analýza a marketingový plán. Na základě výstupů jednotlivých částí situační analýzy byl sestaven finanční plán. Nakonec byla efektivnost investice vyhodnocena pomocí rentability investovaného kapitálu.This thesis deals with a description of a business plan and with the process of its composition. The theoretical part outlines different forms of enterprises and defines laws that govern them. Furthermore, the theoretical part includes the process of the establishment of the limited liability company. It also provides a description of the situational analysis with all its steps, as well as the financial plan. The practical part of this thesis introduces a company hodnyvasek s.r.o. (llc). Moreover, it elaborates the organizational structure of the company, the situational analysis, and the marketing plan. Based on the results from the situational analysis, the financial plan is developed in the practical part of the thesis. At the end, the efficiency of investment is calculated by return on invested capital.
