Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou mezd v České republice. Analyzuje jak vývoj mezd jednotlivých krajů, tak v rámci celého státu. Dále se zabývá přehledem vývoje minimální mzdy v České republice. Práce je složena z teoretické části, která uvádí základní poznatky. Praktická část analyzuje vybrané firmy prostřednictvím dotazníku.
Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of wages in the Czech Republic. Analyzes both the current wages rate in the various regions, as well as wages throughout the country. It also deals with an overview of changes in the minimum wage in the Czech Republic. The thesis consists of a theoretical part, which introduces the basic knowledge. The practical part analyze the companies trough a questionnaire.
