Abstract

Predmetom bakalárskej práce je projektová dokumentácia novostavby samostatne stojaceho rodinného domu, určeného pre bývanie štvorčlennej rodiny. Objekt je umiestnený v podhorskej oblasti v svažitom teréne, prístupného z priliehajúcej miestnej obslužnej komunikácie. K objektu vedie predložené a terénne schodisko ku hlavnému vstupu v prvom nadzemnom podlaží. Pozdĺž schodiska vedie rampa ku garážovým vrátam v suteréne. Objekt má dve nadzemné a jedno podzemné podlažie. Základy sú tvorené základovými pásmi z prostého betónu. Predložené schodisko a rampa je z dôvodu výškového prevýšenia oddelená gravitačnou opornou stenou zo železobetónu. Nosný systém stien a stropov je navrhnutý v systéme Porotherm. Obvodové murivo je zateplené kontaktným zatepľovacím systémom. Zastrešenie objektu je plochou jednoplášťovou strechou s krytinou z asfaltových pásov. Prístup na plochú strechu je pomocou oceľového rebríku s ochranným košom umiestneného na fasáde. V suteréne sa nachádza garáž, tri miestnosti skladov a dielňa. V prvom nadzemnom podlaží sa nachádza kuchyňa s jedálňou, špajza, obývacia izba, technická miestnosť, kúpeľňa, WC, šatník a terasa. V druhom nadzemnom podlaží sú umiestnené dve detské izby, spálňa, šatník, kúpeľňa, WC a balkón.The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design documentation of a new-build house of a detached house, designed for the housing of a four-member family. The object is located in a foothill area on a sloping terrain, accessible from adjacent local service communications. To the building leading a front door staircase and a terrain staircase leading to the main entrance on the first floor. Along the staircase leading the ramp to the garage door in the basement. The building has two above-ground floors and one underground floor. The building foundations are formed by foundation strips of plain concrete. The staircase and the ramp are separated by a gravity reinforced concrete wall due to the height elevation. The structural system of walls and ceilings are designed in the Porotherm system. The perimeter masonry is insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The roof is made of warm flat roof with asphalt roofing. Access to the roof is by a steel ladder with a protective basket placing on the facade. In the basement there are a garage, three storage rooms and a workshop. On the ground floor there are a kitchen with a dining room, a pantry, a living room, a technical room, a bathroom, a toilet, a wardrobe and a terrace. On the first floor there are two children's rooms, a bedroom, a wardrobe, a bathroom, a toilet and a balcony.
