dc.description.abstract	Bakalárska práca je projekt dvojpodlažného rodinného domu v Ľuboticiach. Jedná sa o samostatne stojaci dom s čiastočne podpivničeným suterénom o pôdoryse tvaru písmena T. Budova je navrhnutá pre štvorčlennú rodinu. V suteréne domu sa nachádza práčovňa, posilňovňa, technická miestnosť, skladovacia miestnosť a vinná pivnica. V prvom nadzemnom podlaží sa nachádza zádverie so šatňou, hala so vstupom do garáže a kúpeľne, obývačka spojená cez jedáleň s kuchyňou a hosťovská izba. Z obývačky a hosťovskej izby je vstup na vonkajšiu terasu. Garáž je dimenzovaná na dva osobné automobily vyššej strednej triedy a táto časť domu nie je podpivničená. V druhom nadzemnom podlaží sa nachádzajú dve detské izby, pracovňa, komora, kúpeľňa a spálňa s vlastnou kúpeľňou a šatníkom. Zvislé, obvodové, nosné konštrukcie v suteréne sú tvorené z debniacich tvárnic Prescot MAX 250x300x500 mm. Zvislé, obvodové, nosné konštrukcie v nadzemnej časti domu sú tvorené z keramických tvárnic Porotherm 42,5 Ti Profi 248x425x249 mm. Zvislé, vnútorné, nosné konštrukcie sú tvorené z keramických tvárnic Porotherm 25 AKU P+D 372x250x238 mm. Zvislé, vnútorné, nenosné konštrukcie sú tvorené z keramických tvárnic Porotherm 11,5 AKU P+D 497x115x238 mm. Vodorovné nosné konštrukcie sú tvorené z keramických nosníkov Pot a vložiek Miako stropného systému Porotherm. Strecha je sedlová so sklonom 40°, strešný plášť tvorí betónová skladaná krytina Bramac.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor thesis is the project of the family house with two floors in Ľubotice. It is a detached house with a partial basement in form of a letter T. The building is designed for four people. There is a laundry, gym, technical room, storage and wine cellar in the basement. The first elevated floor is divided into a dressing room, vestibule with the entrance into a garage and bathroom, living room connected with dining room and kitchen, and guest room. There is an entrance into the outdoor terrace in a living room and guest room. Garage is proposed for two cars and does not have a basement. In the second floor there are two bedrooms for children, workroom, chamber, bathroom and bedroom with separate bathroom and dressing room. The vertical external bearing constructions in the basement are made of concrete blocks Prescot MAX 250x300x500 mm. The vertical external bearing constructions of the elevated part of the house are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 42.5 Ti Profi 248x425x249 mm. The vertical internal bearing constructions are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 25 AKU P+D 372x250x238 mm. The vertical internal non-bearing constructions are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 11.5 AKU P+D 497x115x238 mm. The horizontal bearing constructions are made of the ceramic girders Pot and the inserts Miako of the ceiling system Porotherm. The gabled roof has 40°, the roof coat is made of the concrete folded roof bag Bramac.	en
