Abstract
Bakalářská práce pojednává o zvýšení kvality výrobního procesu pomocí QA network. Nástroj graficky mapuje vznik a detekci vad ve výrobním procesu tak, aby vada byla odhalena co nejdříve po jejím vzniku. K připravení Quality Assurance Network byla použita jako zdroj analýza možných příčin a důsledků (FMEA). V práci je rozebrána rešerše současného stavu z oblasti kvality – zlepšování procesu a analýzy možných příčin a důsledků. Následně je v práci realizace QA networku a poté je v závěru vlastní zhodnocení řešené problematiky.
The bachelor thesis deals with increase of quality of manufacturing process using the QA network. This tool graphically maps the occurrence and detection of defects in manufacturing process so that the defect is detected as soon as possible after its occurrence. The method Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) was used as the source for preparation of Quality Assurance Network. In the thesis, there is an analysis of a current situation in branch of quality – improving process and failure mode and effects analysis. After that there is a realization of QA network and the evaluation of the solved issue in conclusion.
