Analýza účetních výkazů společnosti Norgren CZ pomocí časových řad

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza účetních výkazů společnosti Norgren CZ pomocí statistických metod a srovnání se společností Festo, která patří k hlavním konkurentům podniku. Použitými metodami jsou finanční analýza a analýza časových řad. Návrhová část práce se zabývá problematikou řízení zásob, redukcí výrobních nákladů a hledání nových tržních příležitostí. Práce obsahuje nezbytná teoretická východiska pro pochopení analytické části, analýzu a doporučení, která po zavedení do praxe přispějí ke zlepšení současného stavu.The analysis of financial statements of Norgren CZ Company based on statistical methods and comparing with Festo Company, which is one of the best competitors this concern, is the object of presented thesis. Used methods are financial analysis and time series analysis. Suggest part of thesis is focused on inventory management, cost reduction and looking for new markets opportunities. The thesis contains theoretical background needed for full understanding of the analytical part, analysis and recommendations, which after putting themselves into practice contribute to the betterment of present condition as well.
