dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba rodinného domu v Kostelci u Holešova část Karlovice. Rodinný dům je umístěn na rovinatém pozemku na okraji obce. Dům je dvojpodlažní, pod částí domu je suterén. V podzemní část domu je umístěna dílna a sklad. V objektu se nachází garáž pro jeden automobil. Druhé nadzemní podlaží je propojeno s terasou. Objekt je proveden z konstrukčního systému Porotherm, střecha sedlová. Část domu je obložena dřevem. Projektová dokumentace je zpracována v počítačovém programu Autocad.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The topic of this bachelor thesis is a new family house in Karlovice, part of city Kostelec u Holešova. The family house is located on flat land on the outskirts of the village. The building is two-floor and there is a basement under the house. There is a workroom and a warehouse in the basement. One car garage is part of this house. A second floor is connected with terrace. The building is made of constructional system Porotherm, the roof of the building is gabled. The Project Documentation is created in AutoCAD.	en
