Financování bytové potřeby

Abstract

Tato předložená práce pozůstává z dvou částí. V první části rozebereme teorii bytové potřeby, zaměříme se na přiblížení jednotlivých forem bydlení a jeho financování a taktéž na stav bytového fondu ČR. V druhé části, praktické, porovnáme tři druhy bydlení a jeho možnosti financování pro studenta, který ukončil VUT v Brně a hledá vlastní bydlení.This submitted work consist of two parts. At first, we analyze the theory of housing needs. Its individual forms and funding. We also focus on the state of the Czech housing fund. Second, the practical part compares three types of housing possibilities and its funding for graduated student from VUT in Brno who is looking for his own habitation.
