Zděný rodinný dům

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší novostavbu samostatně stojícího rodinného domu v nově vznikající lokalitě Bezručova na jižním konci městě Poličky. Rodinný dům je dvoupodlažní. Nosný systém tvoří keramické tvarovky s integrovaným pěnovým polystyrenem HELUZ a keramické stropní panely HELUZ. Objekt je zastřešen dvěma plochými jednoplášťovými střechami v rozdílných výškových úrovních. V prvním nadzemním podlaží se nachází kuchyň s jídelním koutem, obývací pokoj, kancelář, hygienické zázemí a dvougaráž. Ve druhém podlaží jsou tři dětské pokoje, ložnice, šatna, technická místnost a hygienické zázemí. Rodinný dům je napojen na místní komunikaci.This Bachelor thesis solves the new building detached house in the new emerging area Bezrucova at the south end of town Polička. House has two floors. The structural systém consists of a clay block with integrated polystyrene HELUZ and clay precast floor slab HELUZ. The building roofed with a two warm flat roofs at different height levels. On the first floor there is a kitchen with dining area, living room, office, sanitary facilities and a double garage. On the second floor there are three rooms, bedrooms, dressing room, utility room and sanitary facilities. House is connected to the local road.
