Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je řízení rizik ve stavebním podniku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku projektového řízení včetně historického kontextu. Tato část je podkladem pro praktickou část. Následující praktická část se soustředí na řízení vybraných bezpečnostních rizik u konkrétní stavební firmy a navrhuje opatření na zlepšení situace.The topic of this bachelor thesis si the management of risks in the construction company. The thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part describes the issue of project management including historical contex. This part is basis for the practical part. Following practical part is concentrated on some of management of risks in health safety and preservation on the example on the specific construction company and proposes recommendations for the improvement.
