dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá zabezpečením staveniště proti krádeži pojištěním. Hlavním cílem práce je komparace pro tento účel vhodných pojistných produktů, které jsou nabízeny největšími pojišťovnami na tuzemském trhu. Nejprve bylo nutné identifikovat majetek, který je nejčastějším předmětem krádeží, dále osoby, případně skupiny osob, které mohou být potenciálními zloději, a samozřejmě také nejčastější způsob výkonu této trestné činnosti. Dále byl z rozpočtu na rodinný dům vypracován časový a peněžní harmonogram materiálu. Následně bylo nutné provést soupis pracovního nářadí, které investor bude vlastnit. V tomto modelovém případě bude investor provádět stavbu svépomocí. Po zjištění těchto údajů jsem provedl komparativní analýzu pojistných produktů nabízenými čtyřmi největšími pojišťovnami na našem trhu. Výsledkem práce je výběr nejvhodnějšího pojistného produktu, který nejlépe kryje potencionální riziko krádeže na staveništi.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This thesis deals with construction site security, particularly against theft by insurance. The main goal of the thesis is to compare the products that are suitable for this aim and that are offered by the biggest security companies on the local market. First it was important to identify the type of property which is most often the subject of theft, then the persons or groups of persons who might be potential thieves, and also the most frequent way of conducting this criminal activity. Furthermore, time and cash plan was devised from a family house budget. Then it was necessary to write down an inventory of the working tools that are going to be owned by the investor. In this model case the investor is going to do the construction on his own. After discovering this data I conducted a comparative analysis of the insurance products offered by the four biggest insurance companies on the market. The result of this work is the choosing of the most appropriate insurance product, which would be the best at covering the potential danger of theft at the construction site.	en
