Návrhy na zdokonalení motivace zaměstnanců

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí a zabývá se motivací a odměňováním pracovníků pomocí zaměstnaneckých výhod. První část je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky v oblasti motivace a definuje zaměstnanecké benefity. Druhá část se soustředí na analýzu společnosti a používané motivační prostředky v podniku. Zároveň zkoumá spokojenost zaměstnanců na základě pracovníky vyplněného dotazníku. V závěrečné části jsou uvedeny návrhy na zefektivnění motivace a pracovní produktivity současně s předpokládanými náklady v konkrétním podniku.This bachelor thesis is divided into three parts, and deals with the motivation and the renumeration of workers by force of the employee benefits. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge in the area of the motivation and define the employee benefits. The second part is focused on the analysis of society and used motivational resources in the company. At the same time, examines the satisfaction of employees on workers completed by the questionnaire. In the final part, there are mentioning the proposal for improving motivation and working productivity, and working together with supposed costs in the company.
