Faktory úspěchu strategických aliancí v ČR

Abstract

Disertační práce se zabývá problematikou spolupráce mezi podniky. Tato problematika je aktuální především z důvodu vysokého stupně konkurence v ekonomice, která se dá označit za globalizovanou. Efektivní a řízená spolupráce potom představuje pro podniky nástroj, kterým mohou dosahovat konkurenčních výhod, umožňujících prosperovat za podmínek, které se neustále vyvíjejí. Disertační práce se dotýká problematiky vytváření a řízení alianční spolupráce malých a středních podniků v podmínkách podnikatelského prostředí ČR. Zaměřuje se na oblast faktorů, které mohou silně ovlivnit snahu podniků o dosažení konkurenceschopnosti prostřednictvím alianční spolupráce. Tyto faktory byly zkoumány pomocí technik sekundárního a posléze i primárního výzkumu. Na základě výsledků výzkumu je v závěrečné části práce uvedena metodika, která poskytuje řadu doporučení pro eliminaci potencionálně problematických situací v této oblasti.Dissertation thesis is involved in the question of co-operation between companies. This particular issue is topical especially having in mind the high level of competition in the economics, which can be described as globalized. Effective and controlled co-operation then represents for the companies the tool, by means of which they can reach competitive advantages, enabling the prosperity under the conditions, which are still developing. Furthermore, dissertation thesis concerns the issue of formation and control of alliance co-operation of small and medium enterprises in the conditions of entrepreneurial environment of the Czech Republic. It focuses on the area of factors, which can significantly influence the effort of companies in reaching of competitiveness via alliance co-operation. These factors were surveyed with the help of secondary and finally also primary research. On the basis of the results of the research, final part of the thesis specifies methodology, providing a series of recommendations for the elimination of potentially problematic situations in this field.
