Kolový portálový jeřáb

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je konstrukční návrh nosného rámu a zdvihového ústrojí kolového portálového jeřábu pro manipulaci s kontejnery po ploše kontejnerového terminálu. Jedná se tedy o návrh hlavních nosných komponent jeřábu a dále o jejich pevnostní kontrolu. Práce se také zabývá návrhem a funkčními výpočty zdvihového ústrojí jeřábu a v neposlední řadě výkresovou dokumentací.The aim of the present bachelor's thesis is a structural proposed design of a cantilevered frame, and also the structural proposed design of a wheel-mounted gantry crane, wheel-mounted gantry crane which is earmarked for a manipulation with containers on the containers' terminal surface. Additionally, the thesis deals with the proposed design of the prime load-bearing crane's components and with its strength analysis. Eventually, it also shows the mentioned proposed design with essential operational calculations, and the most important part devoted to the drawings' documentation.
