Monolitický železobetonový rodinný dům

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je novostavba monolitického rodinného domu v obci Majlant. Jedná se o samostatně stojící budovu se dvěma nadzemními podlažími a plochou střechou. Dům bude sloužit k bydlení tříčlenné rodiny. Hlavní vstup do objektu je ze severozápadní strany. Půdorysný tvar objektu je jednoduchý, přičemž byl kladen velký důraz na zvýraznění jižní strany objektu. Toho bylo docíleno vysunutím jižních nosných prvků nad dřevěnou terasu a použitím velkých prosklených ploch. Pohled na tuto stranu objektu má tvar písmena S. Interiér je kombinací probarveného betonu a dřeva. Nosné konstrukce jsou tvořeny pohledovým monolitickým železobetonem. Příčky jsou z pórobetonových tvárnic. Schodiště je dřevěné. Práce obsahuje dokumentační a výkresovou část, která je zpracována jako prováděcí dokumentace v počítačovém softwaru AutoCAD.

The intention of Bachelor thesis is new building of monolithic house in the village Majlant. It is a detached building with two floors and a flat roof. The house will be used by a family of three. The main entrance to the building is situated at northwest side. Floor plan of the object is simple, the great design emphasis was on highlighting the south side of the building. This was accomplished by sliding the southern bearing elements above the wooden terrace and use large glazed surfaces. The view of this side of the builing has the S-shape. Interier is a combination of colored concrete and wood. Supporting structures are made of exposed monolithic reinforced concrete. Partitions are made of aerated concrete blocks. The staircase is made of wood. Theses includes parts of documentation and drawings, that are handled as detailed documentation in computer software AutoCAD.
