Hmotu budovy tvoří dva bloky vystupující z jednopodlažní podnože. Hesla projektu jsou otevřenost, ekonomická efektivita, pestrost, respektování kontextu, aktuální typologie.cs

The mass of the building consists of two blocks rising from a single-storey base. The project mottos are openness, economic efficiency, diversity, respect for context and contemporary typology.en
