Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je novostavba prodejny sportovního vybavení s bytem. Tento objekt je nepodsklepený se dvěma nadzemními podlažími. V přízemí se nachází prodejna se svým funkčním zázemím i vstupní a neobytné prostory bytu. První patro je plně vyhrazeno pro prostory bytu. Objekt je založen na betonových základových pasech. Konstrukčním systémem objektu je stěnový systém z keramických tvarovek. Část budovy ve tvaru půlkoule má nosnou kostrukci z ocelových vazníků. Pro stropní konstrukci jsou použity předpjaté železobetonové dutinové panely. Střecha nad částí zázemí prodejny a střecha nad bytem v patře je navržena jako plochá mechanicky kotvená.The content of the bachelor´s thesis is new building sport equipment shop with flat. The building is without cellar and with two above-ground floor. In ground floor, there are shop with functional facilities, entrance and nonresidential spaces of flat. The first floor is completely reserved for spaces of flat. Object is based on concrete strip foundation. Wall system from brickwork is structural system of the object. Part of the object is in shape of a half-sphere and has loadbearing constructions of steel girders. Prestressed reinforced concrete hollow core slabs are used as floor structure. Roofing over part of facilities shop is solved as a surcharge flat roof. Roof over part of facilities shop and roof over flat in the second floor are designed as a mechanical meanchored flat roof.
