V teoretické části práce naleznete informaci o typech organizačních struktur společnosti, jejích členění, výhody a nevýhody. Informací jsem získával z odborných knih a článku o tomto tématu. V praktické časti analyzuji Ukrajinskou společnost Torhpress, která se zabývá distribuci tiskopisu a poštovního zboží v Zakarpatském regionů, kde po analýze se pokusím navrhnout optimální řešení vylepšení organizační struktury této společnosti pro efektivnější chod společnosti. | cs |
