Stavebně technologický projekt pro Národní centrum dlouhodobé péče Hostivař

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá spracovaním stavebne technologického projektu pre stavbu Národného centra dlhodobej starostlivosti Hostivař. Hlavným cieľom práce je návrh organizácie a technologického postupu realizácie stavby s dôrazom na optimalizáciu časového priebehu výstavby, zabezpečenie kvality stavebných procesov a minimalizáciu rizík spojených s realizáciou. Práca obsahuje technickú správu objektu, návrh zariadenia staveniska, objektový časový a finančný plán, štúdiu realizácie hlavných technologických etáp a technologické predpisy pre spodnú stavbu a monolitické železobetónové konštrukcie. Súčasťou riešenia je návrh hlavných stavebných strojov a mechanizmov, plán zabezpečenia materiálových zdrojov, kontrolný a skúšobný plán kvality, ako aj plán bezpečnosti a ochrany zdravia pri práci. V rámci práce sú riešené aj environmentálne aspekty výstavby, vrátane opatrení na ochranu vnútorného prostredia budovy počas realizácie stavby a hodnotenia vybraných kritérií certifikácie LEED. Výsledkom práce je komplexný návrh stavebne technologického riešenia, ktorý vytvára podklady pre efektívnu, bezpečnú a kvalitnú realizáciu posudzovanej stavby

This thesis focuses on the development of a construction technology project for the Hostivař National Long-Term Care Center. The primary objective of the thesis is to design the organization and technological procedures of the construction process with an emphasis on optimizing the construction schedule, ensuring the quality of construction activities, and minimizing risks associated with the execution of the project. The thesis comprises a technical report of the building, a proposal for the construction site layout, a construction schedule and financial plan, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, and technological regulations for the substructure and monolithic reinforced concrete structures. The proposed solution further includes the selection and design of the main construction machinery and equipment, a material supply plan, a quality control and testing plan, as well as an occupational health and safety plan. In addition, the thesis addresses environmental aspects of construction, including measures aimed at protecting the indoor environment of the building during the construction phase and the evaluation of selected LEED certification criteria. The outcome of the thesis is a comprehensive construction technology design that provides a solid basis for the efficient, safe, and high-quality execution of the assessed construction project.
